1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By agreeing, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration & Security

1. Account Information. You will provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
2. Credentials. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Single-User Accounts. We do not offer multi-seat licenses, so each account is for a single user and may not be shared. Additionally, you are prohibited from placing your credentials on a shared device, or where others may access them.

4. Subscriptions, Fees & Payment

1. Subscription Plans. The Service is provided on a subscription basis (e.g., Free Trial, Watchman, Researcher, Enterprise). Plan details and pricing are posted on our website.
2. Billing Cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically on the applicable billing date until canceled.
3. Payment Methods. We accept major credit cards and other methods displayed at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
4. Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — one click, no questions asked. We do not have cancellation buried deep in mysterious areas. It is hassle free. We are grateful for your patronage. You will not be pestered with sales calls or emails after cancellation. Your access continues through the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
5. Refunds. Except as required by law, fees are non-refundable; however, if something is wrong within your first 14 days as a paying subscriber, contact us at info@prm.news and we will work to make it right, including a refund at our discretion.
6. Price Changes. We will make every effort to hold prices stable, but may modify fees upon 30 days’ notice. Existing subscriptions will renew at the new rate unless you cancel before renewal. If you have any questions, please contact us.

5. License & Use Restrictions

1. License Grant. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.
2. Permitted Use. You may use the Service for your own research and analysis, and you may only submit data you own or have rights to.
3. Prohibitions. You agree not to:
   • You must not use Brave Search, Sandbox, Custom RSS Feeds, or Perplexity AI for illegal content. You must not use these tools to retrieve information or content inconsistent with Christian values and ethics.
   • Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service
   • Use the Service to violate laws or infringe others’ rights
   • Introduce malicious code or overload the Service, particularly if you are using agentic tools to automate your interaction with the Service.
   • Circumvent usage limits or security features
   • Scrape, bulk-export, or redistribute the Service’s aggregated content or signals except as the Service’s features expressly allow. For example, the My Published Feed feature allows you to export your own hand-picked articles to your agentic platform of choice.

6. Third-Party Content & Sources

1. Aggregated News. The Service surfaces headlines, excerpts, links, and full article content derived from one or more third-party news sources around the world. That content belongs to its respective publishers, who are solely responsible for it. We do not author, modify, endorse, comment on, or verify third-party content. WE DO have basic safety checks in place to ensure that the content is not violent, sexually explicit, or malicious, but we are not responsible for the content of the articles. If you see an article that is not safe for our community, please report it to us so we can remove it from the Service.
2. External Links. Following a link to a source takes you off the Service, to a site governed by its own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for external sites. Take usual precautions when clicking on links from the Service. Using anti-virus software is always a good idea. The Service ingests the article content in its entirety already, so going to the news sources website is at your discretion. If you do move off the PRMNews app, you will likely find pop-up ads, cookie or tracking requests, and other distractions. This is beyond our control.
3. Availability of Sources. Sources, keywords, and coverage may change at any time as publishers appear, disappear, or alter their feeds. However, we retain articles for long term storage intentionally to guard against censorship by news sources or governing authorities. Our Service will provide access even if they are no longer available on the publisher's website. Additionally, you may not see the hero image if it has been removed by the publisher. But the article content itself is still available. If you open the link to the source of the article, you might get a 404 error, which means that the link has been removed by the publisher.

7. User Content

1. Ownership. You retain all rights to content you submit to the Service — such as profile information, saved settings, notes, and feedback (“User Content”).
2. License to Us. At no time do you grant us a license to use your User Content. You retain all rights to your User Content. User content is private to you.
3. Responsibility. You are solely responsible for your User Content and warrant that you have all necessary rights.
4. Team Chats. If you create a Team Chat, you own and control its membership: you may invite up to 50 members and may remove or ban members at any time. The chat stream is visible only to the Team Members you have admitted, and you are responsible for who you admit and for the content shared within your cohort.

8. Intellectual Property

1. Our Marks & Technology. All trademarks, service marks, content, and software underlying the Service are owned or licensed by us.
2. Feedback. If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate those suggestions.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree that any non-public information labeled “Confidential” or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential will be held in confidence and not disclosed except as permitted.

10. Warranties & Disclaimers

1. No Guarantee. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
2. Informational Only. The Service aggregates and analyzes third-party news content. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any source, signal, or analysis. The Service is provided for informational and research purposes only — it is not professional, financial, legal, or predictive advice, and you should not rely on it as the sole basis for any decision.
3. Disclaimer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

1. Cap. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the total fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
2. Exclusions. We are not liable for (a) lost profits, (b) loss of data, or (c) punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PRMNews and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or any breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

1. By You. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
2. By Us. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or unauthorized use, with or without notice.
3. Survival. Sections on intellectual property, payment, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and confidentiality survive termination.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice via email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order forms or supplemental terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and PRMNews relating to the Service.
